| Sail the Wight 2010
We would just like to thank you so much for taking part in Sail the Wight, we had 53 boats enter this year and more than £4000 pledged on the night so we very much hope we can top last years total of £5400 for the Hospice but of course we can't do that without your support so once again a very big THANK YOU. I have attached a copy of the racing results for you and also some photos of the event. We did have a professional Marine Photographer out on the water and photos of the event are available on his website www.yacht-photos.co.uk. There is a race report with the slideshow on Cowes Online: On 17th July we have East Cowes Sailing Club Regatta following in the evening by a Barbecue, Bar and Music. We would like to extend our invitatation to you to attend this event if only for the evening festivities. Details will be available of the website www.eastcowessc.co.uk. We look forward to seeing you all again next year on 4 Jun and in 2012 on 2 Jun. 2012 is our clubs 100th anniversary and we would like to see that number of boats entering to see our anniversary in style and raise even more much needed funds for the Hospice.
